During your session, you will be guided continuously on how to use the machines, manage your breathing and sustain a healthy workout, as well as learn how to warm up and cool your body. There are onsite facilities such as changing rooms, bathrooms, and an area you can grab protein-based food or drink.
Keep it simple - just bring a water bottle. There are lockers on site should you wish to use them.
Wear comfortable apparel to your session; we'd recommend leggings or shorts, a t-shirt and jumper. Think practical; the last thing on your mind needs to be your clothing.
We have SFT t-shirts and hoodies for those moments that you want to wear your hard work on your sleeve - ask your coach to grab one at your next visit.
Your coach will work with your schedules, booking you in at times that suit your lifestyle.
We understand you have work commitments, children and families, and can be very busy. That's why our training times start as early as 6am and run as late as 9pm.
We have parking onsite here at Underground Gym, and you can find us on Google Maps at 15 Avis Way, Newhaven BN9 0DP.
When you arrive, enter through the door to the side of the building, and your coach will meet you at Reception for your first session.
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. During this time we will warm up using the treadmill for 5 minutes before your 1-1 coaching starts.
We'll focus on a tailored programme with you, using a training book to note your successes & progressional goals, nutrition plans & achievements.
On your first session of the week we will take that progress photo. On your last session of the week, we will discuss your successes & check your Tanita results.
